Just Going usually creates the atmosphere of going. Even looking, considering. Another question. They are all going if I become aware of them. What if I am always going?
This big round table is a circle. I love working in a circle, I think to myself. Say out loud to myself. Listen to myself. Even if I am working with squares.
I have some larger pieces of thin cloth, not big enough but enough to cobble together to coat the other side. Thin cloth lets me see a shadow of what is underneath. I like that.
How much Grow has changed. Feels comforting to have it hanging here as a reminder of season. I can use it as a loose patch catcher as I continue to consider circle components in the Forever Zone. And I will leave it here until the season turns again. And the two large cloths are close enough to be talking. Growth is so dependent on Balance. And the other way around.
As always, I have help.
Ok, 3 hours. A two layer cloth. Basted. Now what?

Looking at Grow, the word organic came to mind … so I looked to see if I was on track and found this on m-w.com
“having the characteristics of an organism : developing in the manner of a living plant or animal”
and yes, I do believe that’s right
When I give things time, it helps the form evolve in a more natural way.
And then suddenly I thought, we don’t always have the time it takes.
When people ask questions, we seem to default to considering the answer out loud, and when I don’t, I realize I’m not as committed to the answer. Answers seem so final.
I am looking forward to the circles!
Ohhh surely Growth has grwon . . .
That’s the idea!
The connections of the black and white…one in squares and one in magic tunnels. Perhaps they’ve already begun talking?
I love grow so much ❤️
It’s nice to know they are friends…
Grow is so warm and glowing; something about it touches my heart.
After a friends cat tragedy I have learned to sew without pins.
Oh! Imagining! Eek.
I’m new just finding you on YouTube. Very inspirational. Thank you!
Thanks for stopping by!
Grow is Magnificient! But that can be said of all of your work!
I have helpers also.. wouldn’t want to be without them.
Just that we can make is magnificent!
I get stuck in the what next place a lot. Grow inspires though.
I usually use it to keep going.

I love all the small circles at the edge of the inner ring.
Like a constellation
Seeds!
I’m loving all the radiating lines and circles in Growth. It almost feels as though I could spin the inner circle and then the pattern would change – wheel of fortune, sort of.
I like the wheel idea.

Yes, sometimes to just stand back and see the whole of a thing is useful. You suddenly see connections that enlarge the thought of the piece. Often we miss things when focusing in closely on details. Also serendipity sometimes sneaks in when we aren’t looking.
When I work on blankets, I focus on the up close because as blankets they are often seen that way. Like this, everything is different.
Those two chairs between such beauty…on the wall and on the table. Such an invitation to peace and gathering. Thank you for sharing that. Amazing work and thought.
Would love to make this a gathering table.
what’s next, you asked? tea.
the piece is becoming more beautiful, indeed.
Tea it is…🙃
a small swipe of that tail would bring some chaos
Yeah, he knocked the pins on the floor.
It’s radiant. 🙂
It’s a sun and a flower and tree rings at the same time 🌼
That’s what I’ve been saying to myself lately! Now what?
Grow cloth is looking wonderful 💙
Always leads to something…sometimes laughing…😂
Absolutly stunning!
“Grow” is perfect. In every sense
Or imperfect in every sense , ha!
I love the Now What stage!! So many possibilities! An adventure!
A path!
Surround yourself with that positive energy Jude. GROW!
I’m feeling it!
Wowza! Like a great big beautiful hug!!!
A circle is a hug.
GROW is so full of beauty that it is beyond beautiful — filled with the beauty of color and form, filled with the beauty of your love sewn in with each stitch. I could look at this cloth forever — drawn in, embraced, safe. And it makes me, too, want to grow!
Good Morning!
I was a bit stunned when I hung it up for looking.
I really gave me some positive energy that I needed.
Grow, I love it.
Breathtaking!
Stunning!
I can’t help but think of your work as an expression of yourself…depth, beauty and magnificence !!!
Hopefully breathgiving…
What we make from the heart can be that…❤️
