on and on

rock iris comes through.

I am locked out of Instagram.  So if you are looking for me there, I'm not there. Also having problems commenting on Facebook.  WordPress is giving me a hard time.  Maybe I am on a shitlist somewhere.

I am not really in a good mood so I leave you with Ding! It's Spring!

I'll let that be enough.

I’m sorry you’re having to deal with all this electronic nonsense. It is so frustrating! Did they at least tell you why? Hope you’re able to resolve it all soon.

Beautiful Iris! Happy Spring where you are; we are still in Winter.
The older I get, the less of technology I need.

  3. I really need to remember to plant more iris. Home early, it’s a sunny day. I am going to go cut down a large limb and yell timber as it falls. And then maybe wack on the black berries for an hour. 🙂 My mom was having trouble getting her ink cartridge out of her printer. I told her to walk away for at least 30 minutes and try again. Sending love…

Yes, I think it might just be spring for real. It has gotten to the exciting time when every day when I go out to look at my flower beds there is always something new that has come up seemingly overnight. I especially watch the little semi wooded area where there are many ephemerals. They come and go so quickly if you miss several days in a row you might miss their emergence altogether and have to wait a whole year for a chance to see them. It makes for a good round every morning with my coffee cup in hand.

What a beautiful contrast of the brilliant purple against the browns. Lovely.
Yeah, I get it. Someone recently told me “you don’t deserve any of this”…then we talked about Karma. Ha I woke up to Google Chrome not allowing my email to stay open…the browser where ALL of my tabs are, where I work from each day! Grrr…
I always think of that Sound of Music song: “I must have done something good” – or not!! lol
    Enjoy your ‘dings’ 🙂

all the meta platforms were down earlier today. They are back up now though.
I love that flower, gives me hope that we may see spring here at some point…

What a gorgeous flower! So stunning in the midst of a field of brown! We have 4+ inches of new snow today . . . 30 degrees . . . time to get out the snow boots (again). I’m playing with free-form tiny tapestries (move as the spirit moves me) and I like it so far! Am thinking about appliqueing some bits of stitched cloth on top . . . it’s flowing! . . . thanks again, Jude, for your sharing & inspiration!

love that you shared such a beautiful image! in case it helps anyone on this thread, there is a website called downdetector.com that will show if an application you use is generally unavailable. I usually just google downdetector and the application name to get the link. it helps to answer the question “is it me?” 🙂

It seems that all of Facebook and Instagram are having outages so you’re not the one on a ‘shit list’, Zuckerberg is 😂 love the Iris!

Yesterday 71, sunny… today, 47, rainy…was able to make sun tea… so, I’m happy… doing some quilting and watching wild turkeys males doing their mating dance, knowing the ladies aren’t interested yet… birds chirping, windows open… big court trial coming tomorrow… glad no longer eligible for jury duty… stay safe, happy spring as each day is getting warmer…

You have an iris???!!! This is March and I have serious flower envy. In Maine it is mud season. Beneath the mud is ice slurry.
My website was hacked and the hackers have sent out emails to many many people. The webhost says “oh too bad, that is your problem”
A good day to compartmentalize technology and spend not more than a certain amount of time battling the djinns.

yeah, these tiny rock iris come up so early. I planted hundreds of them last fall.
I am a bit bitchy after no sleep but I’m mostly holding on to worry free.

Technology. Snort! All Meta platforms are having trouble. The advice I’m heeding is don’t make any changes in your passwords or whatever they might be asking for when you try to log in. Apparently, it’s just some glitch we’ll have to wait out. So, for the moment I guess we need to get back to real life.

I so admire your perseverance with tech Jude, and how much you do on our behalf. Hopeless here I’m afraid, and I’m sure some of it is due to laziness. However, here in the UK I have also developed a huge and apparently unsolvable problem with facebook, so very reassuring to come on here and find it’s not just me. Terrifying how much power and reach these companies have.

I think the blue of the Irises make them my favourite Spring flower.

well, I suppose just going is all we have, if it isn’t one thing it might be another. didn’t sleep last night so I’m bitching.

You’re not on my shitlist as every post brings a smile. I could use a lift as our cat is missing and we are heartbroken. A pic of solo sometime soon?

  15. Yeah, things have been out or glitchy this morning… I couldn’t get on FB until just now. Anyway, pouring rain and raw and no irises in my yard yet! Hope the day shifts for you and me, too, I’m also not in a good mood!

Just saw that there are widespread outages of those services, so be patient – it’s not you! Hope you do something fun while you wait!
