W is for Wishing Star.  a personal symbol, derived from the classic traditional  eight pointed patchwork block pattern.  The symbol, for me,  was once used for hope but I’ve loosened it, and now it just represents a kind of freedom.  To think, to dream, to mend what’s broken.
