Really beautiful cloth, love it! Surprised your chipmunks are awake. Mine aren’t yet. Well, they were out for their early spring renovations, but have since got back to sleep. I read about the fact that they come out in March to mend their tunnels and maybe try to see if there’s any food around in prep for the wet spring rains. Mending tunnels and making sure they will be strong enough for spring rains. They’re cool little critters!
I love that this has the negative space for the eyes to wander around the pattern. Wonderful.
I’m like that chipmunk. It’s a beautiful day that needs to be enjoyed.
Gorgeous. It has such an indigenous, sacred look to it. And I love the simple color palette. The broidered circular images remind me of cave drawings or carvings.
And that chipmunk. He trusts he’s safe with you.
This cloth is Such a tranquil feast! I get a very indigenous feel from it. My Granddaughter just started her veggie seedlings indoors, under grow lights.. I smile at her efforts. A very cold and grey weekend here in MN,
All the birds are fluffed against the cold,, and looking huge as they forage in the yard.
Love the large cloth! and yay for the sun! Youβll have your ground covered in ferns in no timeπππ
Are you going to plant indigo? π±

Jude~ Every time you bring out one of the older (often big) cloths…I get a huge uplifted feeling and I think “Oh yeah, I remember this one” and then feel so contented.
This one is so Springy and light. I feel it in me, as my birth month. Love the floating and the spirals and the brown tee pee fabric up the side. How DO you capture so much of my heart?!! π
as always, your patchwork ‘n photos integrate “sew seamlessly”… it’s as tho u stepped thru the cloth into the natural landscape. jude in wonderland. thanx for takin’ us along… x
magnifique!
harmonieux , doux et fort Γ la fois
je pourrai le contempler sans fin
mille fois merci !!!

I like the simple space that seems so open, room for nothing for a while at least
He is coming closer.

It does seem to hold an ancient calmness.
Started seeds inside too, expecting a little snow next week. π
This quilt is a keeper.
Maybe a keeper of getting through…

I see green!! Yay!
Back from the dead…
That is one absolutely beautiful quilt, Jude!
Thanks, it feels like a friend.
Love the spirals along the edges. That says a lot about healing to me. Outside day here too! I am going to try to do a bit of pruning.
I might add more.
Planting seeds today

Wonder is like what if.
All of it breathes Spring to me, a natural freshness, a renewal.

Season never fails to offer new eyes
New beginnings, available each day. Lovely to see the open space and needlework.
Unfolding these large cloths is refreshing something in me
the chippie is gorgeous, and so is the newness piece.
The ground is hoppin’.
beautiful, superb composition, it gives tranquillity
I guess that was an unspoken goal.
Almost Holy…
Darling little Chipmunk…
Rarely catch them standing still.
