A patchwork...
A few days ago. As I drove home , the farm next door. My alpaca friends...they come closer.
Last night. Grounded.
Now that the dust is settling, in so many ways, my path seems clearer. Typepad file retrieval was a disaster. They said they could help and then didn't. Sent me an I'm sorry note. I sent one back which was, in no way, polite, which they probably didn't read, they just jumped ship. Very unprofessional. Just know that I have mostly been able to gather what's important but it is in no particular order. Loose. But hey, I think that fits to who I have become.
I am going to take this site down over the weekend, maybe a week, just to repair a few links, clean up and reorganize. I will post over at Instagram/Facebook in the meantime.
I will be back with an explanation of how it might go.
Hey ho.

I wish we could save the ostriches in Canada. They are being starved and chased by police drones. Horrible.
Hi Jude
The photo is very special .. they are amazing animals . I hope you end up friends with them 😊
You have been so patient with reorganising Typepad 🌸.. maybe now it will take on a new form.
Wishing you all the best of everything Jude 🫶
well I do live for new form…
Condolences. It seems kind of like a fire or flood where you lose all the baby pictures.
but we keep growing
Jude~ Starting from the ‘grounding’ up seems a good way to go! Living in the moment and forward movement, what else do we need? Be well.
let’s…
Be here now…
yeah, sounds so simple…
It’s a goal. Hard to achieve.
I’m game…
After I posted it I looked for my copy. I’ve had several over time but I always end up loaning it out.
I’ve likely passed on but want to revisit.
Someone gave me this book when I was about 17. Someone I babysat for. This was a SS agent family (Nixon at the time) and they were quite aware. I lived in DC area post Japan. I was young.
They also gave me the book Notes to Myself by Hugh Prather. I still have my original of that.
DC, really?
Never pictured you there. I’ve begun to read more, no more scrolling.
Yeah. My dad worked at the pentagon when we came back from Japan. We lived along the beltway in VA. He also was sent to Vietnam as the war ended. He sent us reel to reel recordings and there was bombing in the background.
We got the WaPo delivered every day during the Nixon scandals and I started reading the daily paper as a teen. I had a friend whose family lived in Vietnam and was in the crazy airlift out of there. Scary!
Geez. A part of your story I didn’t know.
animals, always so comforting. more so than some humans. ha! havin’ a “basket” of loose written thoughts, easily combined in fresh ways, may indeed be the way forward! hey ho!… x
time to mix it up, a grab bag
Pulp Fiction
John Travolta, Uma Thurman
Say la vie
Que sera sera…
Jude~ My high school theme song, which ended every journal entry! haha
ha!
OR you could jut start over- with what is in your thoughts in the moment. the past is always there to use as a reference …. many of us have had to reinvent ourselves over the years…death, divorce etc…
Just going on ..is quite enough for me…with you.
yes, basically that actually
Good morning,
I so feel a bit better when I get to “check in” with you. I am one of probably many who follow you silently. I do find you very grounding for me.
Quiet hugs…
thanks for saying
Enjoy your stitching, carry on,
going, going, going
Thinking this morning of how we make places…much love!
a most mysterious creative act
Sorry for your headache dealing other people who don’t do what the say! 🤬
You’ve got so many new things around you now that you’ll probably be spinning and weaving some alpaca fleese soon. 🦙🦙🦙

Yeah, what else is new?
Alpaca!
