And so it flows

Rain. Thunder. Dark.

Started this late August sun cabin yesterday.

Flow.

I did less rays here, my eyes get a bit strained these days with a split backstitch especially when  I am splitting hairs.  Somehow it works.  A little sun is better than none.

  1. Of all the gifts of learning from you over the years, I think the freedom of not knowing, just going, and loving the journey, is what I treasure most. Thank you. 🩵

I love those small variations away from what might have been expected. They are always in perfect taste, and make the looking more fun.

    Hello Jude!
The view from the back?? porch is lovely! It is like the property is hugging you.
Do your stitches show on the backside of the piece.. or are they within the layers of fabric??
I love the blending of the colors of thread.

It’s the front porch, I haven’t done photos the back porch yet. I like to leave the stitches showing on the back, like a map of going.

I love your process of making with what you have. And we all have so much. I do think the outcome is enhanced when you have a well defined color palette after decades of collecting “your colors”.
