Ding!
Good morning. Really. First morning I feel back to myself. Way back, like finding a deeper me.
He's been watching me. As if he is expecting something.
I didn't count but there are so many, maybe a million? And blackberries coming soon.
And I guess this is milkweed. The tall kind. A field of it. I've not had much experience with it. But I'm glad to see it here.
This one is from way back. Not sure I named it. Doesn't matter. I pulled it out to remind myself not to stray too far from what I need. My true self. It has been a difficult 2 weeks. In more ways than just Covid. I will do some talking as soon as words form.

(((Jude))) cats and stitching bring such comfort through all the ups & downs of this roller coaster ride called life
Love your rainbow of tiny fragments !
Quite a wild ride, right?
Celebrating your return to ‘normball’ as my granddaughter says.
Though, without care, twirly can creep up on a person.
Take wise Soul O’s lead and make like a cat … without the mouse catching bit xx
Twirly, I love that.
It’s all quite amazing, in perspective. Here’s to normball!
Woopsies…, that could say dogs .. not figs… I do like figs though 😂😁xx
Ha! I like figs and dogs too.
Hi 👋 Jude
Cats are incredible healers 😻 even though I have figs .. I love cats 🐱 good to hear you are feeling stronger .
Big hugs 🤗
Maria
Our animal friends have good energy.
Soul-O is taking care of you in cat fashion. Scooter slept next to me through 5 months of chemo.
Hooray for berries of all kinds!
Yeah he’s been sleeping on top of me. Hugging.
Wild berries are so good.
Welcome back💖
😊
Milkweed = Monarchs!!
Be like the monarchs; eat well, wrap yourself up in good vibes and emerge as a beautiful butterfly when you’re ready. ❤
Sounds good!
Soul-o knows you better than anyone. Glad you are on the back side of Covid. When I had Covid my appendix burst. Not fun, but way in the past.
Omg! I’ll stop complaining! ❤️
Did not mean it like that. Just very happy that you got through it. I tried to gut it out and it cost me. But, all is good and I hope that we all stay on the back side of this recurring virus.
Ah, I remember the full color spectrum 9 patch. Always love that it was not complete, but instead held the promise of more.
Glad you are returning to self. 🙂
It made my day to see it again
Glad to hear that you’re feeling some light at the end of your Covid tunnel. Your cloth is beautiful and poignant.
I’d about had it really.
YAY. Good MORNING to you and Soul-O. 💙💙💙
Hey!
This year is the first year I got gooseberries from my Hinomaki, and the strawberries produced a few fruits. The strawberries are white with a pinkish blush and taste like cotton candy.
There are some wild strawberries here but the critters got them so far .
Very good to see/know that you are up and about, at last … covid selecting its own parameters for length & intensity of illness yet again.
Should you have any questions, jude, please don’t hesitate to write, as I’ve got a bit of (unwanted) experience with all of it at this juncture, having gone through two bouts of it (3 years apart), much to my chagrin. 🫤
That cat 🐈⬛ – those EYES!
Yes, different for everyone, got caught up in some neurological issues, but they passed thankfully.
Love my pal Soul-o ❤️
yay for bettering. yay for raspberries. yay for cloth.
Yay!!!
So glad to know you’re better, Jude! And yes, it does look like Soul-O is “watching” — he loves you and was concerned…waiting for you to “return”…
He has been very close…
Love the abstraction of the cloth above. Sketchiness of the form says a lot about simply going. One tiny, thoughtful addition at a time! 💖
Yes, dream like…
Yay to being back to yourself. And a field of milkweed is going to fill the field with an ambrosia of scents, and hopefully, monarchs!
Amazing I had not noticed before.
Good morning, good day! Sending peace and ease.
Thanks!
Good morning. The fragments and beginning of a nine patch says a lot. Sending love. 🙂
A relief somehow. 😊
I feel very much in between right now myself. So glad you’ve recovered.
It’s a strange place, but useful.
<3
❤️
Check the milkweed for monarch cocoons! Soul-O was worried about you. That look.
Yes, I’m sure there will be many. Animals know.
They’re probably chrysalis, not cocoons.
Right, moths make those, right?
I think so.
A puzzle on nine, each one growing. It’s intriguing and inspiring. Grew up on boiled berries and dumplings.
Hi SoulO, relieved you’re back on top Jude.🤗
I am uncovering older work that’s been waiting.
❤️Glad you’re feeling better🥁!
Me too, enough already…
Put a smile on my face to see you’re here.🌿
😃
So good to hear you are more your selves!
Ha!
Blackberry jam!
Glad you’re on the mend.💙
Berries are so good for so many things.
Hooray!!! Happy to hear you are feeling more like yourself!
Soul-O says: Mom’s up.. what are we going to do today.
Sounds like you will have berries .. are you thinking of a dye pot??
Save some for eating.
I love the “found” cloth .. like the minature placement of tiny bits of fabric.
Continue to feel better!
Thinking of dyeing but with lichen which is everywhere.
