Letting go of Forever

Yes, I'm still alive.  Not all better, but better. What a drag. Hard to believe I got through for so many years without Covid.  Run through the list of symptoms that don't kill you, I had them all.

I spent a lot of time in the chair.  Soul-o decided to switch to the bed for a while.

I have a lot more to say.

Not today.

My energy is still compromised, although I did try to clean a bit and I found this under the wood stove.  Been there a while I guess.

Back in the chair...

I felt such a sense of relief when I saw you had posted and learned that you are feeling better. As everyone has said, take it slow and continue to rest!

Welcome slowly back Jude, slow is the key word, as you rise from the fatigue and other symptoms of Covid. Covid likes to zap us with everything at once… My RX: a cup of hibiscus tea, and later for a bit more energy, peppermint tea. Sitting in your chair, surrounded by things you love, looking out your window at your green world, these also are good medicine. Be well Jude.

Glad to hear you’re on the mend, covid is a nasty one ! Take care <3

So glad you are back. Stay in your chair as long as you need to. Covid takes our energy and healing is sometimes slow.

  5. I was glad to see your post email as I’ve been wondeirng how COVID was going. Good that you are a bit better, hope your energy picks up soon. Maybe better than getting it during feed the wood stove time. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I thought maybe you had started felting salamanders… alas, must have ridden in with the wood and hid under the stove where it met it’s demise. I love salamanders, and red efts. I have a ton of those here and they are spectacular. Hard to tell what kind of salamader mummy is, but probably a brown one. Take care!

the lizard…I thought it had been woven! Jude I’m so glad to hear you’re feeling better. Do take your recovery slowly, we take longer to recover with the years. I had my first ever chest infection this summer…ya, go figure…and I felt as though the coughing was going to destory my pelvic floor muscles. It’s great to hear from you again, take care dear Jude.

just realized that much of my thinking is about “how one thing might become another”… lovely lizard. my first thought was how it could become part of a mobile… ha!

    Hello Jude 🌸
So good to hear you are resting & recovering . 🤗
The hearts are so soft on the piece you are stitching on . One day at a time . I have been driven for so long to stitch stitch and I have finally realised to try to slow down and just be … I guess in the moment 😊big hugs 💖🌻

    Dear Jude,
Thanks for your update. Happy for you gradually feeling better & restored.
Interesting time to discover that textured lizard, maybe some kind of “what if” Beast…
Take care and keep on resting when needed.

I did a lizard way back. There are so many alive ones here, gotta watch where I walk. This one made me grateful to be still moving.
