I debate about the dandelion greens here. I’d like to use them but I think there’s just too much population around us. Plus, while they are far above us, we are directly under the flight path of two airports, one being PDX and those jets expel a lot of toxins.

yes, mostly or sometimes I purchase the dough from the bakery. And when I am really lazy, I use flatbread from the market.

I like raw spinach are they similar in taste?
A little bit more bitter and chewy but if you get them young, yes…very good for you
