Fool’s Newsletter

Well here I am.  April 1. One year in since my life suddenly changed.

Changed for the better worse ...for the different.

Life is a Tangle

I cannot post in the Forever Zone today, as planned. I've been sick and although I feel better, my energy has not fully returned.  A few more days and I will be fine.  Or fine enough. My focus for April will be Thread Keeping.   And Thread in general.

For now, I leave you with a  Place Keeper...

May your Spring renewal be happy and healthy. With little ones around, they bring ALL kinds of joys. I’ve always loved your thread nest – keeps me from feeling like mine is a mess. I’ve just worked through using most of mine up on a stitching project the last couple of weeks. I wish I could organize the rest of my spaces as easily…

Hi Jude, it was a challenging winter there, rest is needed, let it happen. Though I know it’s the thing to do, I find it difficult to let myself now at 78, I feel as though I have to fight it but then when I have to take it easy for a bit, it was always the right thing to do. Thinking of you and sending good thoughts your way. You’re special…feel strong soon.

May the changes towards spring bring you renewed strength and peace.
I have always thought of April 1 to be my New Seasons Resolutions Day. May your days going forward be as beautifully colored as the your thread nest!

    Good evening, Jude
Sending good vibes your way. I just got over some energy sapping ick that I picked up somewhere. It laid me out for the better part of February.
It’s always a treat to see a new post from you.
Hoping your soul is eased with the coming of spring and warmer weather. Frog song, fresh air and the singing of the Robins always lift my spirit. I’ve started saving snippets of thread left from stitching, changes of colors.
As always, blessings and peaceful stitching.

Sleep — it’s your last chance to heal and rest before the activity of spring. 💜
Beautiful colors in the thread nest. Surprised there isn’t a cat sleeping in it 😄

The only fool is the one who withholds Love when the opportunity presents itself. No foolin’.

Wishing you healing, Jude. Spring is a tonic unto itself! Love hearing what’s up in your world — those froggy voices were especially wonderful. Thank you for your sharing — words, images, works-in-progress!

  10. Hope you feel much better soon! I’m working through a cold too, and for me that’s a rarity. But weather change, age, exposure to others, etc… so I’m giving myself permission to take it easy and not overdo, and stay inside where it’s warm! Keep the home fires burning… Spring will get here sooner or later!

I think it was Peter Druker who once said, the only thing we know about the future is that it will be different. So, here’s to the differences still to come!

Meanwhile, rest, heal, feel the love from those of us out here in the ethers who care!
