This and That

Last year, I decided to stop my internet presence on my next birthday.Ā  On February 19th I will be 73. As it came closer I realized that was not really the issue.Ā  It is more than that . It is about older age, the time I have left and what I want to do with it.Ā  It is really a change in perspective.Ā  There are new eyes and I just have not figures out how they work yet.

I'm working on it...

a new consciousness

The longer I live, the smaller I seem. Today that patch of brown simply seems like a new path. But still, it was there all along.

Taking time to catch up here. Thank you for such a lovely newsletter.
Happy family is such a comfort.
So sorry that technology is being a pain.
Can’t believe that Soul-O is getting old…it seems like only yesterday he warily started living with you. He knew a cat/cloth whisperer when he saw one.
I’m struggling with stitching….trying, and failing, to find my voice…my ‘self’. I tell myself in your voice…keep going 🄰

Just got a chance to listen, thanks for sharing the good thoughts! I’m new here, but I’m hooked & I look forward every morning to checking my inbox for your latest post. Would love to be part of the Forever Zone if that’s possible, and I’m really looking forward to the new teaching that you talked about. Thanks again, Jude, for all that you give us!

One of the things I most enjoy is the peaceful and kind words of your content and f the others posting here as well. I am very grateful for all your posts, videos and teaching. I look forward to all the exciting things you have in the works. Thank you.

Technology needs to take a step or two backwards and really think about how it is affecting everything. But it is all about competition and $$$. I long for the days when my phone didn’t know the next word I’m about to type.

Our black cat Kipling started getting white snowflakes when he was about 14. I guess it doesn’t show up on lighter colored cats but they go gray like we do.

What a beautiful family you have!

Technology is good, it’s how we use it. The sewing needle was technology at one point. Maybe people need to take a step back, ha!
Soul-o is just beginning to age. I never has a black cat for this long. I hope we can grow much older together.

I am so thrilled to be a nana.

So much fun to work through the images and audios. As ever… whatever works for you, I will be along. Thank you for your persistence. You are part of my sense of home.

Thanks so much for this place. Your creativity stitched through on the virtual spider webs challenged to remain soulful.
A pocket of powerful magic comes your way🌱🌈

February is my birth month, too. I will be 85 and am seriously thinking about starting a blog. Nothing as complex as what you do, nor even useful. Probably will be filled with a lot of opinions gathered over the years, mine as well as people who know a lot more than I do. We will see. I love the scrapbook look of today’s post, especially your winter clutter photo. I have the same thing, except in every season but seeing yours make me feel like I’m in good company.

So glad you keep on. I enjoy all you have to give and gladly will continue in the Forever Zone. Whatever works. Am 82 and still learning. Small is good.

  9. Thinking lots of things about all this…. So glad that you are continuing is the first. It is about finding the how and the right amount. This is very much on my mind too, in some different ways.

I understand your desire to set up a password. I tried an experiment the other day and did a search on “travel Ireland.” It took about 3 days (I was surprised it was that long) before I got all kinds of travel suggestions on Instagram…

I is a very important component for my work, the comfort in the process. It is a puzzle I continue to try to solve. I know when it begins to feel off.
I just said something the other day and got ads minutes later, the man says your phone actually hears you. He made a gadget to block that input. And now Elon Musk wants to put chips in our brains?

Wow, so much new information in this newsletter! Thank you for letting us share in your thoughts. One comment that stuck in my mind is how you are hoping to keep this community a peaceful place, so hard to do now days and I so hope it is possible for us all. I am so happy to hear there may be some new teaching and it will be so nice to revisit the Forever Zone. Again, thanks so much, Jude.
