And I am rethinking context. This from back in 2018...
Context then, it's impact, and not so much the thing, could be a better key to understanding.
Story gives context. Both telling and listening takes commitment. Even to oneself. Time. Maybe time out from the thingness.
I am going to stick with wings for a while. They fit with moving thoughts around. And new eyes.

That’s about perfect, but if you add “looking”…..Telling, listening and really looking takes commitment….I guess maybe that’s what I have been trying to do…..Hmmm…and maybe that’s what I have been missing?

I have done so many drawings that address the box, one of these days I will come across them. Loose patches, loose pages, they will keep me busy for ages.

Butterflies and moths….I was teaching some of the older children the ASL sign for butterfly yesterday. It’s one of my favorites. A little story. 🙂
