S is for Stepping Back

In my stitch world, a running stitch variation that strengthens the stitch and prevents it form being pulled out easily.
Two running ( or walking) stitches ( steps) forward and then one ( step) stitch back (a backstitch).
Gives some pause to the situation also. Slows you down.
