The Reset Takes Effect

Stopping to look.

Both of us.

out the kitchen window

I dug in the dirt in between stitches, Just loosening the soil near the door, where the old front porch used to be.  Sifting through and removing the big rocks.  I'll use them for the firepit. Planted some garlic and garlic chives I had started in pots.  Will expand the area and add some compost tomorrow.  I will plant some flowers for the bees.

dirt

I found this while digging.  I should start a "while digging" museum.

Yesterday's path , a lot of walking stitch, With a change of direction just to make it interesting. I am going to hang this in the cabin for deeper looking.

Note to Not Forever Zone Members... This clothHeal, is already in the index, I added a Dig Deeper page to follow its progress, I'm in it.

I love to look up the spiritual or metaphysical symbolism when an animal or bird shows up or draws my attention. Whether it’s a picture or a found object. Resilience is a strong symbol for pig when he shows up. I always love your pictures and posts.

I’ve been finding lots of little things while trying to get rid of stuff…things I don’t want to part with. I’m thinking of putting them all in a basket. It will be nice to have them all in one place just to look at them every once in awhile.

I’m trying too. Trying to find s way to make them useful, for me or someone else. If I can’t see it, what’s it for?

    That’s a lot of stitches.
Marbles, dinosaur, cow, cute little woman; treasures from the past found while digging. Backyard archaeology.
I always found digging in the earth to be healing, physically and emotionally. My tears have watered the earth many times.

Don’t you love digging up little findings in the soil? I have a small collection that includes a little car, roller skating key, and several glass marbles. Love your red pig!
