Your “note to self, when space is held, it becomes place” resonated with me, today. As we tend to rush through life, we need to stop and truly behold where we are. That’s when it becomes meaningful, a real place we can remember. That’s also when our inner space merges with the space around us. Are we place, a place.? “Seeing and being” is what comes to mind.
Jude~ It is so imperative to hold space at time, for oneself and for others, arms thrown about the shoulders in a loose and gentle support. Let’s do that.
This cloth reminds me of my teepee cloth you made, years ago now. I lovingly look at it each day.

Jude, The frame for your simple but reverent art reminds me how much my interconnection with nature matters…how calming and delightful experiencing the rounded branch is
for me this morning. As well as the beauty of your artful elements. Quietly, I am so glad I can experience this. It is a lovely beginning to another day.

I think we are a place.

I think holding it begins that process.

I thought of the teepee cloth while this was forming.
I’m quite new here and am very curious about your teepee cloth: what is it, please?
It was just a piece I made with triangles that became teepees. Nancy has it now, I can’t find the photo.
and thank you for being new here.
