I think, considering the state of all things, transparency might be a good focus for a new journey. Let me take some deeper breaths.

I will finish stacking the seasoned wood in my new shed today.
And I'll move a dye po(e)t, or two, to the back porch. Still warm enough here to play. Time? We'll see.
THANK you beyond thank you for finding me
Hey ho!!!
Layers, transparency, creating dimension. Nice woodpile.
Interesting how seeing through creates dimension.
I love stacking wood.
this feels “alive” to me. it moves, in an open-ended way, offering multiple potential outcomes. letting each of us become a participant… a what-iffer. also, thanx for the thought that if we don’t like something we’ve created, maybe it’s just not “finished” yet…
Yes, it might attract the builder in us.
I always feel not being comfortable with something is just about incomplete understanding of it.
I love how the branches of the tree are embraced by tree rings.
Thank you for guiding us through your process.
That is an impressive wood shed…at first I thought it was a solar panel!!
I was thinking it could be!
How do you do that!?
Makes me wish humanity could move through and into each other…melding in some way, so that we can really SEE each other.
Alas.
A liquid puzzle…
Looking back and forth between the two images of this piece. I always find your processes so interesting. And a bit of coveting of your wood shed. We need to do something similar. Interesting how the stacked logs mirror your house walls.
yes, and now thinking about making a round one…
Love that~~
When I see your lovely woods I’m thinking of the book I just finished : “Finding the Mother Tree” by Suzanne Simard 🙂
Dye pot miracles !
What a great title…
love this, and your sweet woodshed
And it’s a lovely day!
Very interesstting to wach your proces.
I like your stros.
Much Lucky.
It’s so much about process.
using some of your sweet papers!
always love to hear your thoughts Jude. Boundaries becoming boundaryless, flowing and moving into each other . As always you are and have been a point of inspiration and insight for me and my work. Thanks for being you.
Thanks for saying. We could all use some breaking out…😂
I too love everything about this. I love the concept of transparency and design mending. Gives me a lot to think about.
It is very liquid…
I keep meaning to tell you how much I love your term “dye po(e)t”–so beautifully descriptive! 💕
It was fun when that word form happened.
Possibilities….
Everything !
Design mending…that is something I think about a lot. I think about a willingness to change. Gathered about 15 walnuts on Friday, they are just starting to drop here.
Still the old vat here but I just found a new source…
Thank you for discussing the issue of & the possibilities of transparency. Your thoughts set mine off flying in many directions.
Great!!! Maybe I will sense them moving through.
I love seeing this evolving paper piece. And I see some thread making an appearance. I love the subtle stripes on the beast. I love the little birds. I love everything about this and being able to hear you talk about it adds another layer of richness.
I wish I’d had the time to talk through it because I was learning a lot.
I love listening to your gentle thoughts. I constantly struggle with starting and often find it difficult to sift through all of the thoughts in my end and so never start…..I need to stop over thinking and worry less perhaps about outcomes….but it’s hard when I feel there is so much talent out there.
Talent is bullshit. To me creativity is not exclusive.
I like how the parts break through their borders. The eye off the beast, the roots off the tree, the leaves into the sky. Good stuff!
Yes, boundaries are so interesting to cross.
Indigo or walnut in your magic pot?
Love hearing your thought process 💙
One is indigo, the other walnut. Patiently waiting.
