Good Morning.
Sun's out. Heat returning.
I erased part of this photo because it was disturbing me. I'm thinking about the convenience of that. Especially in real life. Crop, erase, ignore. What are we doing? Thinking about the word Self-ish.
The young ones seem less afraid. Maybe there will be trust.
The pieces were just here, connected them, like dots, mumbling to myself...WTF...
Start small I said to my self.

The word I seem to be using a lot right now is complicated…and I long for simple.
I always say to myself, life can be simple, but maybe not.
Sweet young deer💕. And there those pieces were!. Nice
yes, they might always be there unnoticed.
Jude, I am drawn to each part of this story, and am reminding myself how small changes can work out to influence our stories…do I see the small pieces in my life, and consider what they might mean? It can all matter.
I am hearing the faint twitter of birds in the yard, and a plane going over……to where? I am moved by focusing on your art, and how looking and feeling closely about it enriches my moments.
I feel exactly the same way. Thank you for putting it so well into words. Jude always makes me think better things.
small can be huge
I immediately imagined that beast screaming something like WTF? Beautiful deer photos. Stay cool – ha, in all the ways that implies!
screaming is a temporary fix at least
A lady I found on youtube recently mentioned you several times and called you the wonderful Jude Hill…she liked your invisible basting and other things. Glad to know you.
Hey.
It’s nice to know my sharing has become useful.😊
Could it have been K3N? She mentioned Jude in one of her videos. I love invisible basting and finished hand quilting an entire quilt where I could have used it, but didn’t know about it yet! I will have to make another.
❤️
What a simple joy to catch a view of the wildlife. Here I watch in the morning and early evening for my family of deer to come into the yard to nibble the grass and chose a tree and nibble at the fruits left purposely unpicked for them.
I love seeing the different small rooms that are created by the shape of your home. If my house had those … I would be so happy to fill each one with each type of project materials…a dream!
Good to hear of all the wonderful changes underway…now to make it through the disruptions it takes to achieve the changes.
Happy you are feeling better each day.
yes, the changes will require patience, I’ll just dream of the peace that might follow.
Yes it’s good to step back from nature and enjoy. 💙
WTF is a daily thought going on a loop in my head when I hear the news! 🤨
yeah, bummer
I am always mumbling to myself
Ha!
yeah, really, ha… the cat loves it…
this beast rocks!
There’s a bit of vibration happening.
Humans are all about controlling their world, rather than living WITH it. All the poisons, grass mowing, all so nice and neat and, well, controlled. My Gardens are totally organic…but my neighbors’? No wonder the insects are dying…Next will be the birds. Ugh.
it is hard to hold the larger view I guess, it’s all very confusing.
Jude~ Oooh, love this one! I wonder if it is small enough to keep in a pocket? A magic beast to stay close and travel with you ❤️
I used to be far more picky…only allowing myself to crop – for best visibility and adjust the color, to get it a close as possible to what I had seen. Then my camera got old and that didn’t always do it…and I started playing more…my pic = my world, controlling as I wished. Now…oops, got a stranger in the shot? Just disappear them! J. doesn’t want to be online? Disappear him! Yikes! I joke with him that it is like that scene in Back To The Future where Michael J Fox is playing the guitar w/ the family pic tucked in the headstock – family members fading away! haha
And I totally agree…what are we doing? Crop away my hips, alter those extra chins…magic, but future generations may never know what follks truly looked like!! lol
it is kinda small yes. small enough to carry and stitch on for a while.
I guess it is human nature to manipulate. I ask myself about story a lot, and art, and honesty.
Yeah, lots to consider there.
