The sun's out!
He was moving, sniffing, loving it. Porch door will be fixed soon. I think he knows.
I started a new painting based on the cloth I called There are Answers Everywhere. Sometimes the cloth gets the thoughts rolling.
I doodled on my shopping list with coffee. It was foggy this morning so I went out at 6 AM to get gas and go to the market. It was beautiful to watch the fog lift on the way home. I love being out early. Before the day takes shape. Helps me stay sane.

the Thread Keeper is so cute!
They are friendly…
Here I am visiting early in the morning and I’ve been up for awhile. :). The cats are napping after having their morning zoomies and a meal. I love the quiet in the house and neighborhood.
I’ve been rising at five but now it’s 4 I love the transition from dark to light. sounds are different.
I love getting up with the sun, or before the sun, to feel the hope that accompanies the sun. Getting out of a comfy bed is the hard part. The world feels like it’s mine early, it’s just the birds and other quiet people out and about.
The thread and the thread keeper are treasures.
If I watch the sun rise, I have a much clearer head.
You could do like the kids do and make stickers of a few of the thread keepers.
it’s a nice idea but I realized not too long ago that stickers contain plastic.
Hello, Jude.🍀
Soul-O longing for the outside world.I’m an anomaly in today’s world, a night person. I love the dark and cool air; the smell of the garden at night.
smell is so much more apparent in the dark.
Sweet Soul-o 😺 Beautiful day here, too. Someone came to cut the grass, yipee! My doodles are often similar patterns. Or faces.
the grass here needs constant attention, yikes.
I bet you could make a right profit from that thread keeper thing you painted. That is just so you….cool!
I’m not too focused on profit, just enough to get by and help a few folks out.
So good to get errands done early am before the day is overtaken by madness.
Especially these days.
Totally agree! Out and about for errands or chores around the house….get it all done early in the day! Then the rest of the day can be spent in whatever strikes our fancy!
time is so precious
Being a night owl I did get to enjoy the moon! I also discovered it grows when I take off the glasses. Magical.
I am trying to doodle our Hoopos. Their rear view is a chevron like your feathers.
Hoopos???
I went back to college when my twins were 2 yrs old so getting up early, between 3 and 4 am to study. has become my routine all of these years later. My twins are now 54! I always step outside, breathe in the air, sometimes sit under the old apple tree and exhale. Then most of the time, I come inside, make a cup of coffee or tea, hook up my headphones to my laptop, put on some of my favorite music and dance…clears my head, feeds my soul and re-charges my body. At almost 78, it is my morning ritual, every day.
My early rising is from childhood. My parents always up early. We all popped into the car and drove down to the ocean before people were there. Or went fishing at dawn. I can’t sleep if the sun is up.
Mornings are my jam. I get up early. If I wake up at 4, I’ll stay up, as long as I got at least 5 hours of sleep. Every morning the dog and I hit the local nature preserve and greet the dawn along with all the shore birds. It is such an important part of my day. It’s my sanctuary time. And……you had a mouse in your car?! Did it leave?
4 AM, ye, the best!
Not sure, might have figure it all out.😂
Early birds get the worm…
We are birds…bird people?
I like that…
🌞 I wish I had some of your energy 💙✌🏼
I had 2 coffees!
🙃👍🏻
Hello, Jude. 🍀
hey
I love the wee hours of morning, too, getting up before dawn…🕕💚🪡
And I found a mouse in my car!
Haha!
Now to get him relocated.
Leave the bonnet up and have a light shining in there, it/they should leave. They like the dark and warmth and can also chew through your electrics.
I am going to try a trap…
i love being up earl in the morning watching the rabbits (cottontails) in the neighborhood and the birds flitting around and even grocery shopping.
last night i went out to see the moon (too early) but did see some of the bats and even fireflies. it was so glorious.
I’ve always loved the off hours. less people, more mystery
Ha ha, love the list doodle, I do that all the time 😂
And sunshine!!
Wheeeeeeeeeeee!
It was a dramatic lifting of fog!
