Me too! Ive been down in my studio this morning, coffee and stitch and actually made progress I can be pleased with! This piece and the image of it are so beautiful, Jude. It brings together past and present. The depth is stunning. I can almost touch it.
Im so happy to read you are feeling the energy, there in your roundhouse surrounded by the love of trees. Its just as I imagine you to be, like your pieces, Somewhere, nowhere, everywhere the wind blows and tge moon shines. Its springtime here, we have blue bells, yellow primroses and white wood anenomes. Leaves opening and the countryside sighs in the shards of crystaline cold spring light 🌳
You were working while I went for a very early morning hike to the salt marsh just after sunrise while I could be out there alone. But you’ve inspired me Jude! That view is lovely! Now I need to get to work too, stitching and doing the outdoor cleanup. Be well dear friend.
Sometimes just taking time to organize the outside helps us so much.
Recently the city came to pick up yard stuff and I dragged a huge heavy branch to the curb so it could go along with as many sticks/branches I could find. Such a good feeling!
It looks like there was a stone circle at one point. Love uncovering past paths.
I use French knots occasionally, and I like your thinking about the durability if thread beads. They would be great for the eye on my fish ir bird appliqués. And the frame would make the eye look more intense … thanks.
Sounds lovely! Stitching on your magical piece and being out in nature is the perfect combo for a magical day.
Thank you so much for sharing the method of the thread beads. They are so cute and how wonderful to add small variations to it that gives a completely different look!
Jude~ Yay for energy shifts. Today, mine is low…but I know another day it won’t be. Good to know. I look forward to seeing more and more of your new land 🙂
Cloth, rock, path. I love those words. We could make a path of cloth and rock. We could make a cloth of rock and path. Connecting them with thread…
We could!

Season pushes us along, doesn’t it?
Spring is springing… and the pollen is here :/
Yes it is…and it was windy!
Beautiful Jude, thank you.

A day for exploring and discovery; what a treat.
I think I’ll put on my shoes and go outside — thank you for the encouragement.
Just wandering is enough

Yes, it’s been years since anyone cared for this place, but there is an old plan in place, and there is discovery !
You are a superwoman…………………
Like all of us, we have work to do!❤️
The land you worked on today looks like it’s breathing grandly!!! Nothing covering it up; I can almost feel its freedom!!!🌅
Yes, this place is wild. And there is so much more,

ha! whatta dif a day makes! perhaps the lows enable us to fully experience the highs… a see-saw of energy. we’re all so connected… x
Yes, the rocking is medicine!
Welcoming the plant people back to the land in spring is about the most wonderful-full thing one can do
I’m breathing easier.
Ahhhhh I must take time away from trying to be Joan D’Arc to commune with nature……
Yes, so needed. Life Maintenance .

Hello, Jude. 🍀
Hey!
Good news! I just came in for a water break and lunch (off work today). It really helps to be outside…
Yes, I’m exhausted in such a good way.
A perfect balance, Jude. Creative, close…physical, distance. Both are beautiful, and it seems you found the balance.
