Whispering…

Another warm day.

After dropping a really large piece of firewood on my foot yesterday, I am happy to say it's not broke, and feeling better enough to limp around outside to see what's up.

I think these are bleeding hearts. Just popped up among the rocks outside the front porch.  Hope so.

Maybe hearts are just on my mind.  Or maybe more like heartless.  Can't pretend that mean hasn't become a thing lately.  C'mon, really?

Anyway, once upon a time I did a little series called  Whispering Hearts. It's actually listed as part of my Open Content.

The Whispering Series  is back on my mind as a format now. Now that I intend to return to the Forever Zone on a regular basis.   Basically it is more focus based.  Less like a "class"  and more like just going, thought catching, talking softly to myself, what-iffing, trying and sharing what happens.   For those signed up for my private pages, I will begin again tomorrow.  As a reminder, click the yellow moon thingie to enter.

This morning, the kitchen window, a stray tulip in the repaired "Michelle" bottle.  I brought it from the garden at the old place.

When I walked to fridge, another angle, I turned to look, and there she was, whispering to me.   I know a lot of you  remember our sweet ragmate Michelle.

Later... and now it's raining, no wait, it's snowing, no wait, it's hailing.

Down below freezing again tonight. And tomorrow night, and...hey ho!

I’m so glad your foot is not broken…( Too bad we can’t say that about what is happening now, as my mother would say, “egad!!!!”

Things sprout, Hearts whisper, Spring is

That magic when someone we loved dearly shows up when needed, wonderful! Glad nothing broken, especially a toe! Thread “tread” lightly.😏💞🙌

Whispering Hearts…my first class with you. I remember the joy and excitement. We all need that more than ever now! We find it here….a respite from the madness.
I hope your foot is already better 🙏
Michelle whispering from the beautiful Tulip🙌

The Madness is frightening. My fot is much better . Positive energy is healing!
One of things I remember about Michelle was her love for gardening.

  4. It’s good to remember Michelle today. Whispering hearts, that’s good to remember too. A doe has been visiting my garden and eating the tulips (and nibbling on the fruit trees). I moved everything that I had into pots under a wire cage.

spring in the northern part of the east coast! here in the midwest we seem to have a spurt of warm days and then a cold front and then warm. but we have had lots of dandelions this year which are such a bright spot on lawns.

just the other day I was thinking of Michelle and was always amazed at how much she would walk the streets of NYC at night. sometimes I wonder what she would think now. I miss her posts about her life.

there has been a big swing here, seems odd to me but I just got here! I am learning it is ok as I watch the season unfold how ever it can.
I miss Michelle and here stories too. I wonder what she would think now too.

That’s the exciting thing about a Spring in a new place, all the growing surprises. I have made my way though whispering hearts. I enjoyed a little working along, but mostly watching and listening. Will enjoy whatever what ifing comes next.

Hearts and spring, they go together. So happy you are getting some good going-outside weather. I recall lovely days when I lived in the mountains of just wandering.

I hope they’re bleeding hearts, they were the first flower I ever loved.
Somewhere here is the “Boy Hearts” piece, started long ago with you.
    Oh Michelle… ♥️

I’ve never really had them in my garden, but I love them too.
I’m finding some old unfinished stuff in the unpacking.
Couldn’t believe that little face there

Jude~ Whispering Hearts…my first official class with you 😍 I think whispering is a fine idea for these times…more centering than screaming. The mean bean needs to get lost.
Before I read, I smiled and thought: Aw, our Michelle 💕 We need the love, the good memories and each other. xo

What a lovely compendium of thoughts! I’m thinking your Bleeding Hearts are a type of Moss, though. ‘Course, I’m reading the incredible Twelve Words for Moss, by Elizabeth-Jane Burnett (I think you’d like it, Jude, and many of you here!)💚💚💚

I live on a mountain in TN and everything is starting to bloom. It’s always good for the soul to see nature in action.

  12. NIce to see some pops of green! My Haskups are loaded with baby leaves and buds already, i just hope we have no hail. Your bleeding hearts might instead be a type of cordyalis.

Tulips are happy flowers.😊 I have a small bunch that just finished blooming under the Mulberry tree. The spent blossoms are as beautiful as the fresh, maybe more so in my eyes.
Hope that foot heals up well.

Yes, I love spent blooms. I save a lot of them in a big bowl and then toss them in the air on a windy day.
My foot seems ok, I used arnica cream and the bruising is minimal
