A little fresh air

Today I opened a window.

It was so warm.

And we were transported.

We certainly needed that.

who knows?

The snow melted but I didn't take any pictures.  I was too busy coming alive.

There is definitely a change in the air now…Here in Vermont we are entering mud season… glop glop glop….bit the pussy willows are popped out. Yay!

Today would have been my mother Nora’s 102nd birthday. I like the idea of a breath of fresh air on her birthday.

Here too. The frogs have woken up. The air is full of their song. It sounds like laughter. And Soul-O looks ready to explore.

  6. Boy can I relate! We got close to 18″ on Friday, but a lot has melted since then… and I’ve seen daffodil spikes coming up and a tulip leaf too! More snow coming later in the week, but we sure needed it here. Hope you continue to get more signs of Spring there – enough with winter!

  7. That’s the breath of fresh air everyone speaks of, but so few have felt on a grounding level. I was raised by a woman who opened the windows in the entire house once a week through the winter no matter WHAT the weather was like. I still do it and it’s truly amazing how refreshing it is for your happiness, your lungs, the quality of the air and your psyche.
