Looking closer at this...
I cannot stop looking. But then, I will probably make something of it, even if it just remains in the back of my mind. The mind is like a basket really...
And then this morning, because of Nancy's comment yesterday... and also because cloth and paper might become one thing, if I keep going.
Or maybe they are and I haven't freed myself from how I have always thought about them.

A stray cat from threads!
Ha, playing is good medicine. Love that thread self met drawing self.
Jude~ Looks just like you!! What a great and color-filled self 🙂 And the colorful rainbow sun too…smiles all around on this one. Love the heart moth and the cross stitch screen!
Thread kitty made me smile.
How thoughts shift and change over time. How I care less about things I used to be so passionate about. I feel free-er. 112 today. Happy Wednesday!
they r 1 thing. yes. fiber beginnings and endings. dust to dust.
xoxox
Exactly.
Your ramblings, nay, stream of consciousness thoughts! Always pull me out of myself when I need it most….
I’m feeling free from myself at the moment…
Love the threads creating a dress & your whimsical sun goddess!
That was fun…

Zowieee
heat is building, but a cool morning gave me energy!
Your photo makes my heart sing! (Looking closely at small things has been saving my life recently.) And your wonderful cluster of threads — how they morph & transform & come to life gives me hope.
Yes, I am really shrinking myself down lately. And letting things morph.
love the see-thru-ness of the top image. spirit photo. the layers of reality. and the 3-D-ness of thread self. sculptural. lots to consider here. how touching thoughts can birth a new thought…
Touch is everything…
I love how the edges of the moth’s wings are translucent…the heart where it is not.
It’s just such a great image, I like how a circle , like a moon, has morphed from one of the squares in the grid.
