I guess I am here today, just to say that I feel a new sense of home emerging. And somehow, large cloth is always a big part of that. Just talking then. And knowing that I might "get back" to where I once belonged. The heat is building. So a short post and then unplugging. The sprinkler is set up and I am going to sit under it.

Heat — the bad part of summer. I used to set up a wading pool, fill it up, and sit in it on the unbearable days. It made life worth living.
I always lived near enough to the sea. I miss that.
sprinkler! That brings back childhood memories 💙
really!
That is great…
😃
No heat here (no “summer” yet !) but oh my : that blanket is beautiful !!!!!
Thanks, hard to think about blanket in this heat! 😂
Morning Jude : ) Happy you’re on the mend !!! Loved every word you said here and on video – every.word !!!! BTW – I just heard that Beatle’s song recently and had to jump up and be-bop to it, ha : ) That sprinkler idea sounds wonderful – enjoy !!!
Happy Wednesday Jude – Sandra : )
Seems like all the songs I know are old songs! Ha!
Yeah. The heat. Us too and ‘unhealthy for sensitive people’ air – smelling it while shut-up in the closed-up house 😟
A sprinkler sounds right fine and brings back lots of memories!
Love how this cloth lays out, with color in the center and black/out surrounding it. Eye-catching!
it’s pretty gross really and now for a week or so I don’t think it will cool down at night.
Sprinkles are close to my heart, yes…
the cloth seems so different on the bed.
Home is where your heart is, Jude…or maybe where your cloth is! 🖤🤍❤️💛
yes, I think so!
Playing in the sprinkler on a summer day in south Florida, is one my happiest childhood memories. May the “happy” find us all today!
sound good, right?
