Here it comes

Ding!

finding the shade

We, me and Soul-o, are outside early before it gets too hot.

The Stitch.Β  The Thread. The Time. The Thought.

becoming whole

I say to myself, how much it changes everything that stands, that which moves through.

I need both to realize Oneness.

I may change the name of this cloth from Balancing Act, to Just Going.

I am feeling better.Β  Little by little.Β  Thank you for your caring comments and well wishes.

  1. Jude~ I’m glad to hear you are feeling better, bit by bit…patchwork healing. Colds in the heat are…blech.
You are even hotter than I am here at the moment. Wild. We’ll be in the 90’s again soon though and the air quality remains bad. I really dislike not being able to open the window/door, but I can feel the smoky air…so, nope.
May you heal quickly, stay cool enough and stitch with joy and ease.

I am sending you thoughts of peace and wonder, comfort and joy….
There is only life and my perspective and I can change my perspective.

Cats and sunshine go together like needle and thread. Earthy sunshiny colors–I have always loved spirals — they go in circles but really go somewhere.
    Stay cool.

That’s my go to when heat arrives…get as much of the early morning cool as possible until the sun sets.
Hope the heat there doesn’t last too long.

So glad you are feeling a little better! Hoping for cooler weather for you & your area! Ya’ll are hotter than some of our Deep East Texas days???

So many changes in your recent journey, new views. Thought of winter hibernation, I’m tending to more of that in this season. Oh SoulO imagine he’s taken on more a kindred task and feeling proud. He’s so beautiful!

Glad to hear you are on the mend. Cats just keep going, which is what you do which is what we all try to do.,❀️😻

I, sometimes, get attached to a patchwork piece before it’s quilted and then I’m reluctant to quilt it because of the change that it makes. But then it gets stunted. Set aside and never blossoms I guess. I’m glad you’re feeling better.

Good to hear you’re on the mend Jude πŸ’™
Filling bird feeders and water in birdbaths we had a nice cool breeze early this morning… goes away too quickly! πŸ₯΅

Good news Jude that you’re feeling a bit better – keep going and doing what you’re doing – it works !!!! I kept you in my thoughts all day yesterday after receiving your newsletter (thank you : ) and especially while I was “grounding” which I just started doing again after a pause, but now that I’m doing it again I’m so loving and enjoying the outcome : ) As always, your work is so so peaceful – that is why I have returned to you for so many years now – thank you for being here.
Healing Light and Blessings to you Jude – Sandra in AZ : )

Oh, those beautiful browns and yellows and reds!! Calls to mind pioneering, which is what you do every day in your stitching! Our sweet little rescue dog, Pepper, and I get out every morning while it’s cool and quiet. Today we saw deer. So very glad you are recuperating!

  13. Glad you are feeling better. That’s something I learned from you…on a very practical level, the way the amount of stitching changes the cloth…how it holds and how it can actually make cloth from little pieces.
