June

Ding!

Today, just Ding. Coffee.  A bit chilly for June, as we know it, but what exactly do we know?Loose peaces

One more Peace Cabin, I need a few to play with.  This one softer.  I am rummaging through the scraps of self, searching for quiet.  Some new Frame of Mind, still finishing up some old ones.

Frames of Mind past...

And then I thought ok, Peace could be at the center of anything.  Loose "Peaces".  Ha!

And Soul-o seemed to say...

Yeah, whatever...

I talk to myself, he seems to answer me.  At least it is nice to think someone is listening.

I will be back on Wednesday with a new post in the Forever Zone and a bit about this and that.  Stuff to do, see you later...

    Peaceful pieces.
Soul-O with his elegantly crossed paws.
I talk to myself all the time; sometimes the cat answers. It seems like I remember thoughts better if I say them out loud.

  2. Okay Jude, so this may sound weird…but the first pic had me thinking that I love the paleness of them, the “fading” – or so it seems. They are like ‘elder blocks’ – worn but still standing with their belief in peace, still strong enough and useful. They are very powerful in a quiet way.
    Enjoy doing your stuff 🙂

  3. Nothing like the quiet listening of a cat… his crossed paws say it all. Hoping your Sunday is peaceful. Really love that cloth on the right in the secone photo with the weaving in the center and the rhythmic layering of rectangles. It seems like a cousin to my spiral drawings, just a bit of a different shape. 😺

I know what you mean about talking to oneself. Sometimes, not always, it seems to clear away the other chatter going on in my mind and brings clarity to the important thing that I am really thinking about.

Moving forward… bringing old selves into new, it’s kind of like coming full circle 🔵 Wishing you peace💕

Wishing everyone a peaceful day! Stitching will bring me some peace.
All those blocks look great together Jude. 💙
