No sun

The rain should stop soon.  It's a dreary cloudy dark morning.

I am very moody without sun, less active. Bitchy even, probably the higher humidity.

there is a bird building a nest up there

But there is nest building going on.

And grey does make a good backdrop for the suddenly bursting out all over cherry tree.  Maybe I should name her Cheery. Ding!

Ding!

Make your own sun I say to myself.  What if I radiate inward?  There is something interesting here,  I might do some drawing to get it out of my head more quickly so I can do some looking at it. See it.

concentrating inner energy

These cloud tree bases are coming in handy, I think I will make a few more.

How I love your artist’s eye for photography. Two great photographs in one letter! The black and white, and Soul-o, so good, and then the lovely Cheery cherry tree .. another WOW! Definitely ‘keepers’…
    Very best wishes.

I dreamed a ‘classroom child’, who was playing blocks, asked for the door to be opened for some fresh air…he then ran out into the Pouring rain and mud. I couldn’t catch him. The yard was my 1990’s house’s yard. haha Crazy.
In real life, it is gray, but bright…I think the sun will pop through. I need sun to feel energized. But, you’re right…the gray makes for a pretty background.
Soul-o has a great seat to watch the action!

I can’t remember my dreams in detail much. just a sense of things.
grey is very special, thinking about that.
Yeah he can stretch right up to the corner. Phoebes nesting, but they are quite social and not easily put off.

  3. The cherry is definitely cheery! I don’t have any flowering trees here, something I would like the remedy… maybe azaleas, been wanting them for years. Dreary here, too. There was sun, then it went away. I hope it comes back, I can track my movements to my interior when it’s cloudy and to the exterior when the sun emerges, in an instant, I shift. I love that thing about drawing, it can quickly feel finished or I can work it up to a frenzy of lines, as I do 🙂

My cherry trees are called “ma chérie” 🙂
This time of year is so full of blooms and promise.
And yes, cant have enough cloud tree bases.
    They are endless magical

  5. make your own sun–excellent thought coming out of these eclipses and into the Scorpio full moon–thank you! I think you are on the East Coast and I am on the Oregon coast–but my ornamental cherry is doing the same thing–nice symmetry. And oh I love the cloud tree.

That photo of Cheery is stunning! I may look at her a few times today, as I awaken to thunder rumbles and 🌧️ rain. I love thunderstorms!!!
    Your Cloud Trees are wonderful.
