Yesterdays

Once upon a time, there was a class called Whispering Hearts. In case you didn't know, it's free and open here.

And on the Old Blog, there is a Category for Hearts...
Yesterday's Loose Page...
Here I am, we are, going...
There is this color chart I started a while ago. it made a good base for showing a new Love Cabin. Which actually started out as a Moon Cabin. On fire.
I just rummaged through the nothings basket for as much old warmth I could find. Cobbled together then, a log cabin block , foundation style.
Perhaps Valentine's day is coming. Or. Maybe I was simply feeling warmed by all the kind comments lately. Thank you.
PS. That's not a cat hair. It's a stray thread. But he is right here.

I would love my name to be added to the basket. Thank you Jude x
😀
kindly add me to this class, thank you and take care XXX
There is no class, just going at the moment
Hello Jude, I would like to be considered for the Threadcrumbs game.
Gotcha
Blessings,
Belinda 🥰
✌️
Would love to participate in the Threadcrumbs game! Please add my name to your basket! Thank you Jude!!
Okey dokey
Thank you for your kind offer, I’d like to play the Threadcrumbs game please – how kind. Your blog is precious collections of the collections of your baskets and your mind!
Ok
I’m so glad I clicked the link to the old blog. I hadn’t seen the video for your woven nine patch leaf. Love it! ❤️
So many seeds scattered everywhere…😎
🙋🏼♀️ Please, may I play the ThreadsCrumb Game?
What a lovely generous offer. 💖
Gotcha…
I’m in to be in… ❤
I love that you signed the backside, I love that your voice is so soothing, I love the the feet your cat
that’s a lot of love
I would so love to be in the basket to play threadcrumbs game. Thankyou. What an honour it would be to have a piece of your art on my wall.
I never tire of your feed here Jude. I love to see, hear and read about your processes. Hugs from the heat of a down under summer. X
ok then!
This is so fun! And of course I’d love to play. This piece is gorgeous.
I can’t tell if an email is attached to my comment but I didn’t have to log in as one usually does so I assume so.
Yes it is there…
Yes please to the Threadcrumbs game. What fun. Thank you Jude ❤️
oops. I picked a name this morning…
oooooH… a thread crumbs game! yaaaaaay! and thanx for the glimpse of fuzz foots… x
Heart, moon, stitches and favorite colors. I would love to join the game. Thanks for all that you share with us – you, your process, your time, your patches, encouragement….
I commented and then forgot to add that I’d like to be included in the Threads game. What a nice idea.
There is nothing more warming than kind words and a generous spirit. Thanks for letting me play your game. Maybe the birthday party has started a little early?
Thanks so much, Jude, for reviving the thread crumbs game, you share your talent in so many wonderful ways! I would love to have my name added to your drawing basket. Off to go revisit whispering hearts.❤️
Gotcha.
A log cabin in red! How incredibly special! I have had the good fortune to sleep under log cabin quilts made by many generations of women in my family in Oklahoma and Texas — but not one with a red square. How beautiful yours is. Yes of course to your game. And thank you, for all the years of your generosity to all of us.
🍷
Love your block; seeing it warms a chilly day here. I would like to play too. Cat fur is always included in my projects.
I smiled at the MT & Hill drawing. A little sweet childlike reminder, eh? Charming.
And most of all, I adore the beautiful, incomplete color chart…as is. The simplicity inviting dreams of what could be. That seems to be enough for me these days.
I love to hear your thought processes. They give me new perspective on creating and on life. You are a treasure and I appreciate so much the time and effort that you put into your website/blog/etc. Thank you so much for sharing. I have the moons that I purchased from you displayed in my own studio, and I would love the opportunity to add a log cabin block. Thank you so much! 😊
How sweet of you Jude. I’d love to have my name in the basket. 🙂 Glad our comments have raised your spirits!
Oh yes, yes I want to play! Your post make me smile, feel warm, and contemplate. Thank you!
My thoughts exactly. I always feel a smile approaching when I read the posts and the sharing leads me to reflect on my own creations. Inspiring.
I’ve noticed that my dreams are frequently about houses. That is a hint that I need to revisit the log cabin motif. It’s been a long time, and past ones were in a hurry/with newly purchased fabrics/on a machine. The new ones will be slowly stitched by hand of soft fibers and pondered over as befits my current lifestate….
Your blog on the log cabin last fall inspired me and I made my first one. I have a couple more laid out but got waylaid with holiday stuff, so they never were completed. This is inspiring me to get back to them. I, too, like the idea of doing a series with all the different colors. There’s always something that you share that is inspiring. Thank you.
Beautiful heart block, there’s nothing like a burst of red/love to brighten a winter day! I’m struck by your “self as mountain” sketches – to me, they capture some of the many personalities that mountains can have. I’ve been thinking a lot about how we relate to things in nature – trees, birds, rivers, etc – and how they speak to us. Thanks, Jude, for sharing! Oh, and please add me to the ThreadCrumbs Game.
You always share. I always love what you share. Even your indecision makes me think. Thank you.
I love to see your moon-thingy! I know it always leads to new things. Thanks for always sharing.
You share so much, inspire us all– how can we not reciprocate with love and kindness!?
The log cabin blocks always remind me of baskets.
💝🧺🎉
Yes, I love them for that.
log cabins are relaxing to me 💙
That log cabin is absolutely beautiful! I am getting ready to do my first log cabin and I’m very excited. After seeing all of yours, you gave me the incentive to try. Thank you for being you!
There you go again….sharing. Is it any wonder so many peeps feel kinder after reading your thoughts. Not many people share so freely….more apt to clutch their talent and thoughts close to their hearts. You are just an amazement park, Miss Jude….❣️
Really like the reds .. it energizes my spirit, coupled with the comfort of the Log Cabin for security.
A freshness to the passive colors of winter. I wouldn’t know what a day without cat hair would be like..my fur babies are always seeking a lap.
Thank you for a ray of happy in the latest block!
Thank you, Jude!
A cabin for every color of the rainbow…love that idea. This is a post full of warmth. 🙂
Natural order, it’s like a pillow sometimes.
That deep, dark burgundy in the middle of the Moon Cabin on fire/Love Cabin is a fave… Glad you have a warm, furry-purry to stitch with. Mine is out in the sunny, melting forest.
What if! Count me in..
I’d like to play!
Precious fuzz foots!!!
