A slight shift

It was a cold day, but the sun was out.

Tomorrow be a messy wintry mix, bit then rain for days.  Mud will be big.

I have big mud boots.

Snow will be gone, at least for a while.

There was an attempt to use that old drawing.

I learned a few things about paper.

Of course, it changed form... and now I want to make that peace sign into a flower.  Maybe not here, maybe a new drawing. Or story cloth.

Or maybe both.

I'm getting used to paint again.  It's different though, I have worked with cloth for so long.

Something new is bound to emerge.

Things are piling up here, and tomorrow is a full moon.

Maybe a few things will go into the shop.  We'll see.

I am closing the Jude Hill shop soon.  All updates will go into the Threadcrumbs Shop.  One place is enough.  March will be my month for reorganizing.   Starting over in a lot of ways.

Seeds are sprouting in my mind.

Looking forward to April.

Love that little cat in the bottom left hand corner….and the real cat sun-snoozing 🐈‍⬛🤍🖤
I deleted Instagram yesterday! 🥳 All meta now gone. Feel so light this morning.
Glad you’ve got good mud boots 🤩

Jude~ The drawing/painting feels like such a complete…or strong story. Love seeing all of the cloths together. I especially like the heart and bird fabric (love that fabric) and that dancing self. That self knows how to boogie!! 😀

Yes the mud will be inevitable! Glad u have good boots! It does feel like a change even though it was very cold last night. The sun is feeling different 🌞

Love the drawing! all of it would look great stitched in cloth💙
I always hated when the snow turns to brown sludge … hopefully no more shoveling for you up there. 🤞🏼
    💙✌🏼

  5. I hate wintry mixes… due for that here, too. The driveway is already a sheet of ice. Time to get out there with the ash bucket! Nice to see the drawings as they evolve. 🧡

  6. I’ll be interested to see your evolution with paint and paper.

They are predicting rain here too and there is so much snow to melt! It’ll probably be a mess.
