Hey, so OK...
I think, since things are rolling, and there are so many folks following Feel Free now, some clarification and organization is necessary on my part.
This Newsletter will be split into 2 sections from now on. General Feel Free News (updates on new site content) and Feel Free Workshop News (updates for Patchwork in Perspective, the series).
So let's begin.
General Feel Free News
No new content has been recently added. I've been busy organizing my workshop series and will resume work on the Methods Index soon.
To clarify, because there have been questions, initially folks signed up and were given a password "enter" to access free but protected content. That password requirement was removed at one point but not everyone was notified. That sign up was not the same sign up for my new class Patchwork in Perspective, which is under the category Free Enough. This confused a lot of folks and kept them from enrolling in class, thinking they already were signed up. I apologize for that. I have temporarily closed enrollment so I might address some management issues. Enrollment for the Patchwork in Perspective will resume in mid April, and I will keep you posted. I'm a snail, catch up is a breeze.
A new newsletter will be sent out whenever there is new free and open content added to the site. I will also place notification in my blog posts at Spirit Cloth. I've suggested you either subscribe here or there to be kept in the loop. You do not need both.
Feel Free Workshop News
Part 1 of Patchwork in Perspective ( A life in pieces) has opened.
Enrollment has closed for now, but as stated above, will open again Mid April after I get through the initial organization.
If you signed up, I sent you password information. If you did not receive your sign in information, you should contact me from an ACTIVE email. Some of my correspondence came back as undeliverable.
You can always access the home page by clicking the part 1 puzzle icon in the sidebar. The same icon appears in the sidebar of the Spirit Cloth blog if your habit is to visit there.
I will need about a week of administrative management to get going. But I will be posting about subjects regarding these issues as part of the class. So we can work together, discuss technology, introduce ourselves, bond and understand how this might work for all of us. A new newsletter will be sent out whenever there is new content for class. Which will probably be Thursday. I will also place notification in my blog posts at Spirit Cloth. I've suggested you either subscribe here or there to be kept in the loop. You do not need both.
I've stretched this first part of the series, knowing how it might go in the beginning, we have plenty of time.
